Whitby is unusual in that it can offer safe and sheltered berthing without the need for lengthy river navigation.

Vessels up to 3000 tonnes DWT can be handled at Endeavour Wharf with the capability to handle two of the largest ships simultaneously.

Two NAABSA berths on Endeavour Wharf can accommodate vessels up to:

L.O.A.: 85 metres
Beam: 14 metres
Draft: 5 – 6½ metres subject to tide

Vessels with larger dimensions would be considered on an individual basis subject to equipment levels and handling characteristics.
